Another awesome tour stop for Wichita Falls this summer? Let's keep it going!

Wow, what a week for tour announcements for our city. We found out that Steve-O's Bucket List tour was coming to Wichita Falls in August. Which is something I am super excited to see, but something was just announced yesterday that I am super excited for. Giovanni & The Hired Guns coming to Wichita Falls in July.

It will be taking place at The High Dive just off of Seymour Highway. Great news, it is a Friday show on July 15th. So when you get off of work, get your butt over there. In case you don't know about Giovanni & The Hired Guns, I don't know of another Texas band that is having a bigger 2022 than them.

Their song 'Ramon Ayala' is in the top ten on rock radio and is expected to climb even more. Most recently, they got to open up for Papa Roach, Seether, and Bush at a big show in Dallas. Plus this summer, they get to open up for Halestorm and The Pretty Reckless in Oklahoma City.

Seriously, I wasn't kidding about these guys having an epic 2022. The band originally formed in Stephenville, just southwest of Fort Worth and they put on one hell of a live show. “Anytime we’re onstage the most important thing is connecting with the crowd in a way that makes them feel like they’re part of the show,” says their frontman Giovanni Yanez.

I'm so happy to see Wichita Falls getting cool stuff this summer. As I always tell you guys, you want more stuff like this? Get out and support it. People will come to Wichita Falls if we get out and see these shows.
