A Horse Running Loose Through Dallas is so Texas

A hilarious video shows a horse running free in Dallas. 

You would think a horse running loose would be something you would only see in a small town, but you would be wrong. I doubt it’s something you often see in Big D, but we're talking about Texas here, so it shouldn’t be a total shock.

The best part is that it happened in the University Park area near SMU. In case you’re not in the know, they’re known as the Mustangs, so it’s quite fitting (and no, that’s not their mascot Peruna). 

I can only speculate, but the way that horse trots down the street and looks both ways when it gets to the intersection tells me this might not be the first time it’s managed to get loose. You would think it would be terrified by the traffic, but it doesn’t appear to be. 

As usual, the clip cuts off in the middle of the action, leaving us to wonder if the horse was safely recovered. Hopefully, it was able to make its way back to safe harbor.
