Dallas Zoo Has a Brand New Baby Elephant [VIDEO]

We got a first look at the little guy exploring his new home. 

The Dallas Zoo welcomed its newest member. His name is Ajabu and the Dallas Zoo rescued this little guy from drought-stricken Swaziland. The baby elephant has been inseparable from his mother, Mlilo.  The two have been slowly introduced into their enclosure, but the baby will now be making regular appearances at the elephant exhibit.

For the past five months, Ajabu has been secluded from the Zoo. Just letting him get adapted to a new environment. The Dallas Zoo has also spent some time 'baby proofing' the enclosure. It looks like little Ajabu enjoys his new home.
