Watch: Baseball-Size Hail Pounds Texas Community
A Texas community took a beating during a recent hailstorm.
I think it’s about time I invested in a hard hat. Not that I have any intention of engaging in any sort of labor that would require one, it’s just that the hail in the Lone Star State is crazy big.
Just yesterday (May 28) I shared a video of hail crashing through the skylights in a North Texas Walmart. It was so bad that shoppers were grabbing items off the shelf to cover their heads with.
Lucky for those folks, the hail wasn’t nearly as big as the baseball-size hail that’s coming down in the video below. If that had been the case, the local Emergency Room would have been filled with people with head injuries.
I mostly share a lot of weather-related content on our website because I find it fascinating. But also, because people seem to enjoy it. And it doesn’t hurt to remind people why they need to keep their asses inside when hail starts to rain down from above.
