Clark Griswold would be proud.

You may have seen the ABC show before called 'The Great Christmas Light Fight'. If you haven't, it's a pretty basic show. The show travels around the country showing off people's Christmas lights, whoever has the best wins some money. Last night's winner had a family from right here in Texas.

Over in Austin, the Maywalds won the grand prize of $50,000. Also, this is the youngest person to ever win on the show. Jordan Maywald is just 21-years-old. “I think our display is unique because we have like, structures that I build – for example, the lighthouse, the church, the gingerbread house – stuff like you will not find anywhere," Maywald said.

Something they do is raise money for the Make A Wish Foundation. You can see the lights for free of course, but donations are encouraged it you visit. Over the past five years, they have raised around $30,000 for that foundation. Jordan has been trying to get on the show since it premiered, but finally got the call last summer he would be on.

He says his display has around 120,000 lights and takes about four months to put everything up. If you visit the Austin area during Christmas, the Maywald's house is at 10505 Twilight Vista.
