You’ll want to stop by this family-owned cafe the next time you’re in Marble Falls, Texas. The restaurant, named the best family-run restaurant in Texas by the folks at loveFOOD, serves up some seriously good-looking grub.

There’s just something about a family-run restaurant. I’ve worked at a couple in the past, and both places took a lot of pride in their craft. There’s nothing like attaching your name to a business to ensure everything about it is top-notch.

And if you’re looking for top-notch family-owned grub in the Lone Star State, you need to add Blue Bonnet Cafe to the list of restaurants to try.

I’ll be honest with you – their menu is downright overwhelming. And by overwhelming, I mean freakin’ awesome. I’m not sure where to start when I finally get a chance to try Blue Bonnet.

From breakfast served all day long (can I get a hell yeah?) to comfort food like chicken fried steak and homemade soup, and some of the best-looking pies I have ever seen, the only thing that is certain for me at this point is that I’ll need to unbutton my britches when I’m done with my meal.

If that doesn’t stimulate your appetite, I don’t know what will. I wish I could reach through my computer monitor and grab a plate for myself.
