You'll Find the Best Burger in Texas in Dallas

Writers for The Daily Meal assembled the list of the best burgers in each state and, of course, I had to share their pick for Texas with you.

Having lived in this area most of my life, I have to admit to being partial to the burger joints in Wichita Falls and Vernon. And I’m not lying when I tell you it’s hard for me to decide which one I like best. That’s why I typically rotate through them when I’m craving a burger. I’m all about spreading the love.

That’s why I’m thankful for those who are willing to put in the work to compile the best (insert food) in each state lists. It’s impossible to try every burger in every state (except maybe Rhode Island), so they conduct surveys, dig through restaurant reviews, and so on to reach their conclusions.

When all was said and done, the folks at the Daily Meal declared Maple & Motor in Dallas to be the best spot to grab a burger in the Lone Star State.

I’ll be honest with you: this is the first time I’ve heard of Maple & Motor. However, now that I’ve spent a few minutes looking at reviews on Yelp, I’ll have to swing by there the next time I’m in Big D.
