Kelly Osbourne Gets Head Tattooed [PHOTOS]

I love tattoos and I don't think I could ever get my head tattooed. Well Kelly Osbourne has more guts than me and got some interesting ink this weekend.

I guess Kelly Osbourne is just going for shock value on Instagram these days. Last week she sent out this picture of her wearing a thong. This weekend she showed off her newest tattoo on the side of her head. Every one of her photos from the tattoo shop all have at least twenty thousand likes on them.

I always ask what is the most painful place to get a tattoo. According to several tattoo artists they tell me the throat, then second the head. I know for a fact I will never be getting head tattoo. The amount of pain I have seen people go through for those tattoos has me running away.
