Over the next few weeks, be sure you take advantage of the free Christmas events going on throughout Wichita Falls. Whether that be The Fantasy of Lights at Midwestern State University or Electricritters at River Bend Nature Center. However the one this weekend is one night only, so don't miss out on the City Lights Parade.

Santa Land at Park Central in Downtown Wichita Falls

Before the parade, visit Santa Land when it opens at. Park Central is located right across the street from Big Blue in Downtown Wichita Falls. Santa Land will have pictures with Santa, story time, and games for kids to enjoy.

Downtown Farmers Market Will Be Open with a Holiday Market

You can support some local businesses at the Downtown Farmers Market. Hot cocoa and smores will also be available and some food trucks will be setup near the Farmers Market as well. Don't forget about your favorite downtown Wichita Falls restaurants as well. They would love for you to stop in for dinner before the parade.

If you're wondering where to get setup to get a view of the parade, here are the streets the route is going through. Our station vehicle will be in the parade this year, so be sure you wave Hi to us tomorrow night. Please note, this is a very big event. So don't wait until right at seven when the parade starts to get a spot.
