Ranking the Worst Dallas Cowboys and Baltimore Ravens Games
Currently writing this at a layover in Miami on one hour of sleep. Let's get some frustration out.
For those of you that do not know me. I grew up in Baltimore. The Ravens didn't exist until I was 7. By that time, the 90's Dallas Cowboys dynasty had me hooked and was going to jump ship to the new team in my town. I swore to never miss a Cowboys/Ravens game. The Cowboys are now 1-8 against the Ravens and here are the games that crushed my soul the hardest.
5. Dallas 0 at Baltimore 27 (November 19, 2000)

Nobody has fond memories of the early 2000's Cowboys. It was clear the team of the 90's was past their prime, but as a naive kid. I still had hope my Cowboys would still pull it off. My first Cowboys/Ravens game was an absolute ass kicking. Little did I know, I just signed myself up for years of torture.
4. Dallas 17 at Baltimore 34 (December 8, 2020)

Some ass**** reading this is probably like. 'Technically you weren't at every Cowboys/Ravens game what about 2020?' Correct, I was not in the stadium. However I had a flight booked back home because the Ravens were going to do 10% capacity and I would have found a way to get one of those tickets. Then cases went up and Maryland shut down all capacity for sporting events. Still went home, had some crab cakes, and watched the Cowboys lose again. At least this time I could drown my sadness in Natty Boh (Maryland beer if you didn't know).
3. Dallas 10 at Baltimore 30 (November 21, 2004)

If you gave me truth serum and asked what is the worst Cowboys/Ravens game I have been to. It's this one, for one reason. Kyle f***ing Boller. For Ravens fans, Kyle Boller is one of the more frustrating quarterbacks in the team's history. Great arm strength...and that was about it. The Cowboys were up 3-0 at the half. My dumbass thought, this was it. They're going to do it. Nope, I am fairly certain the second half of this game is Kyle Boller's best game in his career. The Ravens would put up 30 straight in the second half. F*** you Kyle Boller!
2. Baltimore 33 at Dallas 24 (December 20, 2008)

At the time, I saw media personalities in Baltimore treating this like a homecoming game where you schedule an easy opponent. No, the Ravens were the only team in the NFL that had never played in the old Texas Stadium. That is why this game was scheduled for the final Texas Stadium home. Two crazy long runs in the fourth quarter from McGahee and McClain sealed the Ravens win and closed out the old Texas Stadium. I do miss that old stadium, sucks this memory goes along with it.
1. Baltimore 34 at Dallas (Technically Rio) 31 September 27, 2026

Is this recency bias? Maybe or perhaps the one hour of sleep I am currently on that has me angrily typing this damn blog at six in the morning on a layover has it at number one. Either way, last night sucked. I won't lie. I left the game to catch my flight when Cowboys took the lead 28-24. My ass**** 'friends' are putting this one on me. I couldn't believe that 4th down stop and then the Cowboys took the lead. Rio traffic was a nightmare all weekend. Gridlock everywhere I went. I couldn't imagine it after that stadium emptied last night. So put this one on me...I guess.
In conclusion, it has been nothing but torture being a Cowboys fans from Baltimore since the Ravens showed up. See you ass****s in 2030 for another game at the Bank.
