We have all had that feeling of desperation of urgently needing a bathroom. You're speeding to find a toilet to prevent an accident in your pants. Well James Mansell Lancaster Jr. over the weekend decided that he needed to use the bathroom at a Kroger grocery store in Rosenburg, Texas. The problem? It was 4:30AM on Sunday and the store does not open til 6AM.

The Rosenburg Police Department shared photos of the aftermath of James' actions. Thankfully no one was injured from the crash. Employees were in the building stocking shelves at the time and were quite startled by the sound of shattering glass that morning. Someone probably thought Stone Cold was about to whoop Booker T's butt like he did in a grocery store in 2001.

Lancaster was charged with one count of criminal mischief causing greater than $30,000 in property damage and less than $150,000 — a third-degree felony. Rosenburg police are estimating the damage at around $50,000. Lancaster stayed at the scene after the crash and just told police, "The doors were locked and he had to use the restroom."

Kroger released a statement that they will not be releasing the security cam footage of the crash. “The safety of our associates and customers is one of our core values,” a Kroger representative said. The video has apparently been turned over to the police for help in the case.
