Have a big package they said, everyone will love it they said.

Its always a very sketchy subject when you try a kid as an adult. In most cases if they feel the kid was aware of what he was doing, they try them as an adult. A 13-year-old boy had stolen a cell phone and when the courts were trying to determine a punishment they said he could not possibly be thirteen. Why? Apparently this kid was very well endowed.

He was tried as an adult because prison doctors who examined his teeth and genitals determined that he had to be at least 16.The boys family insists that he was 12 when the alleged crime took place, and paperwork checked when he crossed the Russian border supports this. His family has contested the ruling, and, luckily, the prison system has agreed to review the case. Hopefully, that will bring swift resolution to an otherwise ridiculous scenario.
