Pretty crazy that a video game character from my childhood is still relevant all these years later. Another Sonic movie is in the works and Knuckles has his own show out right now. For fans of the iconic blue hedgehog here in Texas, we have a new pop up restaurant for the next three months in Katy, Texas starting on May 4th.

The restaurant will officially open on May 4th and run through August 4th at 348 S Mason Rd, Katy TX, 77450. From 11 a.m. to 8 p.m. CST Monday through Thursday, and 11 a.m. to 9 p.m. Friday through Sunday. The restaurant is currently a burger shop that is allowing the takeover for the next three months. Here is what you can expect to see.

Sonic's Favorite Food, Chili Dogs

The restaurant has already existed in California as a part of San Diego Comic Con in years past and also at another location in Chino Hills California.

Knuckles Sandwich (Spicy Chicken Sandwich)

Get Some Golden Rings (Onion Rings) as a side in a Cool Holder

The restaurant also offers shakes inspired by the characters as well. Blue Blur blueberry slush (Sonic); Smashing Echidna fruit punch slush (Knuckles); Team Dark mocha milkshake (Shadow); Sweet Amy strawberry milkshake (Amy Rose); and Tails Spin Tea (Tails). The store will also have exclusive merch at it as well if you're not hungry, but still love Sonic.
