A nice gesture can go a long way.

Sadly a doughnut shop in Texas got robbed. The doughnut shop placed the video of the tip jar being stolen on social media. Nine-year-old Chloe Gallego saw the clip and she wanted to do something nice to the shop. She gave the doughnut shop a tip the next day, along with a note.

“Dear Donut Man,” started the note. “My mom showed me the video of your money getting stolen. I’m sorry that happened. This is my tooth fairy money. Sorry that happened, Chloe.” The current owner was so touched by the note that as long as he owns the shop, Chloe gets free doughnuts for life.

“Money doesn’t mean anything. It’s about love and caring,” the donut shop owner said. “I believe in second chances. The best way to show the world is to care for another. We’re in this together.”
