The latest video was spurred by the fact that the Texas Legislature recently changed the definition of marijuana to exclude cannabis that has a THC content of .3% or less (aka Hemp).

The problem is that Texas doesn’t have all of the necessary resources to test all of the cannabis for misdemeanor pot cases. So, if a cop finds your stash and asks what it is, just say, “What do I look like, a scientist?”
