Remember kids, not everything in plastic bags is candy.

Parenting 101: when your child needs a new backpack for school, do not give her the one that is filled with drugs that you're selling. That is exactly what happened in Selbyville, Delaware when Ashley Tull gave her daughter her backpack, after a family pet ruined her daughter's bag. Turns out this backpack was filled to brim with heroin.

The pack contained 249 bags of heroin weighing 3.7 grams. How do you just forget about all those drugs being in that backpack? Day care providers at the Hickory Tree Child Care Center in Selbyville called police when they noticed some children with the bags. Ashley Tull's daughter was passing them out to her friends thinking they were candy.

Ashley Tull is facing charges of maintaining a drug property and endangering the welfare of a child. From the article, I could not find out if any of the kids accidentally ate any of the drugs. For everyone's sake, I hope none of them did.
