Yelp’s Top 20 Restaurants in Wichita Falls for April 2026 Are Out

It’s time to stir a little debate between the citizens of Wichita Falls and the surrounding area. Hopefully, folks will keep the debate healthy, but my experience is that people tend to get riled up each month when I share the list of Yelp’s top restaurants here in the area. 

Whatever the case may be, I enjoy sharing Yelp’s rankings each month. While I may not personally agree with the rankings, it’s a great way to spotlight area restaurants. Even though lately, many of the usual suspects show up in the Top 20 on Yelp, there have been times when the list has changed quite a bit from the prior month. 

The only frustrating thing about putting the list out there each month is how few people actually take the time to read what I write prior to scrolling down for the list. Even though I point out that the rankings aren’t my own, there are still those who question who ranked the restaurants and how their business can make the list next time.

The fact of the matter is that I haven’t come anywhere near trying every restaurant in Wichita Falls, much less the surrounding area. Even if I had, I’m just a Rock Radio personality, not a food critic, and have never had the desire to be one, because well, those folks can be quite douchey.
