This Dallas Spot Was Named the Best Brunch in Texas
I don’t know if I’ve mentioned this before, but I absolutely love breakfast food. However, I don’t typically start to get hungry until late morning, so I’m a big fan of brunch. I’m also a big fan of trying restaurants that are considered the best of the best. If you’re like me, this one’s for you.
I’m one of those people who tend to think with their belly. Seriously – I'll start to think about what I’m going to eat next shortly after I finish a meal. No, I’m not a total meal planner, but I typically have a vague plan in place at the start of each week.

And any time I travel, I’ll have a plan in place for which restaurants I will try along the way. That’s why I’m always quick to click into stories that cover the best (insert food here) in Texas. And today I came across a list by Cheapism highlighting the best brunch spot in each state.
After scrolling to see who took the top spot for brunch in the Lone Star State, a trip to Oddfellows in Dallas is in order the next time I’m in the Oak Cliff area. Located in the Bishop Arts District, Oddfellows is known for its top-notch beverages and farm-fresh food.
After glancing at the menu, I’m not even sure what to try first. It looks like a toss-up between the Wagyu Chicken Fried Steak and the Bread Pudding French Toast. Or maybe I’ll just go full-on glutton and get them both. May I have a to-go box, please?
