As a lifelong Texan, I must say that I approve of this message. 

It’s amazing just how much the regions of the Lone Star State differ from one another. But Texas is a vast state. So, it makes sense. 

North and South Texas have two entirely different cultures. The same can be said for East and West Texas. Central Texas and the Panhandle both kind of have their own thing going on as well.

That’s what’s so great about the video below. The guy’s take on the various parts of Texas is spot on. It’s one of those instances of someone’s opinion being tongue-in-cheek, but not entirely if you get my drift. 

And if I’m being honest, the folks in this part of Texas can be a little on the snobby side. Not you or I, of course. Other people. 

I get a kick out of his view of the People’s Republic of Austin. Certainly, we can agree that it’s like a piece of California deep in the heart of Texas. 

His take on the Panhandle is priceless as well. I love how he thinks about what to say about it for a second before moving on to East Texas. 

Hopefully, you’ll get a laugh out of it, too.
