
Texans Fear This More Than Anything Else
Is your biggest fear in line with most Texans?
I’ve heard some people claim to be fearless. I call those people nuts. Or maybe just liars.
That’s because I have a long, long list of things that I fear. I have no problem admitting that I’m an anxiety case. Always have been.

From heights to snakes, tight spaces, spiders, public speaking, and more, there are plenty of things that give me the willies. But if you were to ask me what my biggest fear is, I would quickly tell you it is death.
As I type this, I realize that most of the things I fear are things that could kill me. So, of course, death is my biggest fear. It all makes sense now.
In fact, I would say that’s probably the case with most people. Interestingly, death is the one thing we’re all going to face. We can do our best to avoid all that other stuff, but ultimately, we won’t avoid death.
Yeah, I’m getting deep over here.
Anyway, I came across a study conducted by casino.ca to determine America’s biggest fears and as someone who experiences intense anxiety, I just had to dig in. More than anything, I was curious to see if the majority of Texans were like me.
And it turns out they are. We Texans fear death more than anything else.
In fact, death dominated the list as the biggest fear in 17 states. Heights and snakes round out the Top 3 biggest fears in America.
