This woman says she has the secret for living so long and I can say I approve of this prescription.

Agnes Fenton lives in New Jersey and just celebrated her 110th birthday. When you hit triple digits, everyone wants to know, what's the secret to living so long? Fruits and vegetables? Nope. Exercise regularly? Nope. Turns out some Miller High Life and Johnny Walker Blue are all you need.

According to Fenton, following a run-in with a benign tumor years ago, a doctor told her, “Agnes, you must drink three Miller High Lifes a day.” Agnes followed that advice, and then some, adding a shot of scotch to her daily drinking regimen. Hells yeah, knock one back for me Agnes.

Agnes has become a local celebrity in her hometown of Englewood, New Jersey. Governor Chris Christie declared August 1 “Agnes Fenton Day” in the city of Englewood, N.J. an honor bestowed on her 100th birthday. However, all good things must come to an end, and Fenton, who is now cared for full-time by a staff of caregivers, is no longer allowed her daily dose of booze, opting for favorite foods like chicken wings, green beans, and sweet potatoes instead.

Unfortunately, no hard science can back up Fenton’s miracle cure. It’s more likely, researchers say, that a steady routine, avoidance of stress, and genetics are the keys to super-longevity. As I am sure you know, I am no doctor. In my 'expert' opinion it's the beer that helped her live so long, time for a cold one.
