In strange Wichita Falls news, a website had a very interesting headline this morning.

Local Brewery Unveils “Wichita Falls Water Pilsner,” Claims It’s Made with 100% Rainwater from City Streets

Here in Wichita Falls, we all know a thing or two about having to save water. The idea of recycled water beer would not have been that shocking back in 2014. Wichita Falls is technically in stage one drought restrictions at the start of this year. However, the website Screw the News claims our local brewery is collecting street rainwater for a new pilsner.
