Reminder: Fireworks are Illegal Inside of Wichita Falls City Limits

Earlier today, the Wichita Falls Police Department sent out a reminder that the possession and use of fireworks is prohibited inside of city limits.

Due to City Ordinance, citizens who are found to be discharging or in possession of fireworks can be subject to a fine.

A great alternative to setting off your own fireworks is to to celebrate the 4th of July by attending the upcoming 4th in the Falls celebration at the MPEC.
