Metallica to Headline at the Apollo

Bet you never thought you would hear that phrase in your life.

Metallica is set to rock the legendary Harlem venue on Sept. 21. They will promote their 3-D concert-action film, "Metallica Through the Never," to be released in IMAX on Sept. 27 and other theaters a week later.The Apollo, revered for its place in black entertainment and historic performances from the likes of James Brown to Michael Jackson, has become a venue for rock legends in recent years, including Bruce Springsteen and Paul McCartney.

I actually can't wait to see how this movie turns out. I am sure everyone knows this by now, but this is just not another band concert 3D movie. It has an actual plot, which I hope doesn't ruin the movie.
