A lot of Oklahomans don't want anything to do with Kevin Durant right now.

In case you had not heard, Kevin Durant is no longer a member of the Oklahoma City Thunder. He signed a two-year deal with the Golden State Warriors. Kevin Durant was a part of the Oklahoma City Thunder since the team moved there in 2008. He was the face of the franchise and was a huge part of the community.

He even opened up his own restaurant in the area. Appropriately called KD's. This past Sunday, KD's doors were closed and ownership announced changes are coming. Kevin Durant opened the restaurant with the Hal Smith Group in 2013.

"It has been an honor - and a lot of fun - to partner with Kevin Durant at Kd's these last few years," founder Hal Smith said in a statement. "We wish him the very best as he takes a new direction in his career."

The company claims Durant's departure did not affect business. They were still having good numbers and making good money. They just think it's best to go in a new direction since Durant is no longer in Oklahoma City. No word on what the new restaurant will be called or if it will even have a sports theme.
