Great, now I can't stop imagining the deliciousness that would be pot laced milk duds. Colorado has made pot legal and it seems like you can put it into just about any food. Butter for your popcorn, cookies, brownies, ice cream and I have even seen barbeque sauce. The most popular ones are probably candies and one company is now being sued by Hershey foods for making pot candy.

The trademark infringement lawsuit was filed in U.S. District Court in Denver this week against TinctureBelle LLC and TinctureBelle Marijuanka LLC. It alleges TinctureBelle's Ganja Joy, Hasheath, Hashees and Dabby Patty mimic Hershey's Almond Joy, Heath, Reese's peanut butter cups and York peppermint patty candies, respectively.

I got to admit you always see ripoff brands for everything nowadays. However I think Hershey wants to stay far away from any imaging that has to do with marijuana. I got to admit, Hashees does sound awesome. I can't help but wonder, if pot became legal in the entire United States, if Hershey's would start making pot laced candy?
