Wichita Falls Woman Slips and Falls at Wichita Falls Chick-fil-A
Looks like just a few weeks ago, it was the one year anniversary of Michelle Decker busting her butt at Chick-fil-A on Southwest Parkway. According to her lawsuit, she claims she walked into the dining room on November 8, 2024. While walking through, a liquid was on the ground that she lost balance on. She claims no sign was present saying the floor was wet or that an employee was taking care of the liquid at the time.
Lawsuit Officially Filed for One Million Dollars
According to court documents, Michelle is claiming she deserves one million dollars for the slip and fall case. Here are all the things she is claiming:
- Past and future medical, hospital, and pharmaceutical charges and expenses
- Past and future pain and suffering
- Past and future mental anguish
- Past and future disability and impairment
- Past and future disfigurement
- Past and future lost wages
Michelle says the fall caused her serious bodily injuries and she is still receiving treatments over a year later. She believes the Chick-fil-A owners, named Falls Hospitality, Inc. in the lawsuit, should be responsible. We will wait and see what happens with the case.
