Halestorm definitely have their eye on new music in 2020, but the band definitely loves their time on the road and they've booked a brief April run for 2020 that includes a few radio festival shows.

The band will take frequent touring partner New Years Day along for the run, with shows set to begin April 17 at Tampa's 98Rockfest. The week-long run will take place primarily along the southeastern U.S. traveling up the coast before wrapping April 25 in Worcester, Massachusetts. See all of the dates listed below and look for tickets going on sale for the general public this Friday (Nov. 22) at 10AM local time.

Back in August, Lzzy Hale shared that the band had close to "two albums worth" of material for their next release. She added that the group were tentatively eyeing the spring of 2020 to start work on their next offering. During the chat, she spoke of the Vicious album being a particularly fruitful creative period for the group that served as a "launchpad" for what they have been working on since.

However, more than just a new album may be in the works. Also in August, Hale revealed that the band were working on a secretive new project before they hit the road with Godsmack this fall. While the band has been known to issue covers EPs under the ReAniMate moniker between albums, Hale also teased that this was not the project they were working on.

So while the tour dates continue to be booked, Halestorm are definitely taking advantage of their time off the road as well with what looks like a promising 2020 for the group.
