Drinking and driving is no joke. This guy did make me laugh though.

Over in Newville, Pennsylvania 44-year-old Elwood Gutshall went out on the town to drink on March 19. Elwood decided to drive home after his night of booze. He was pulled over on suspicion of driving under the influence. Elwood was wearing his Saint Patrick's Day shirt. Technically still Saint Patrick's Day weekend, so I guess still acceptable.

His shirt read, 'Drunk Lives Matter'. This is definitely a mugshot for the ages. Elwood is facing a list of charges including, DUI Highest Rate, driving under DUI suspension, and  traffic violations. He had a blood alcohol content of .217 which is two and a half times the legal limit.
