Been awhile since video surfaced of a United Airlines employee assaulting a customer.

An incident from 2015 is finally going to court. 71-year-old  Ronald Tigner was a few feet away from the United Airlines check-in at the Houston airport. One of the service reps, who usually directs you where to go, violently shoved Ronald to the ground. The video is one of those where it pauses every other second, so you can't see how bad it was.

Ronald was lying there unconscious for several minutes. His head took the full impact of the fall and what is most shocking, no one came to check on him. A woman walking by, who happened to be a nurse, called 911. Ronald is suing United Airlines and the man who pushed him down.

He has been identified as Alejandro Anastasia. The incident started with Ronald asking if he could get a new boarding pass. Alejandro allegedly told him that they were too busy while laughing at Ronald. Ronald told him to wipe that smile off his face. That's when Anastasia says, 'I'll kick your (expletives)' and shoves Ronald to the ground.

Anastasia was later charged with the felony crime of injury to an elderly individual, ordered to pay a fine, write a letter of apology and attend anger-management classes. He was fired after the incident, according to United.
