Pileup Caught on Camera Highlights Dallas Traffic Chaos

This video right here is why my anxiety levels go through the roof when driving in Dallas. You can be the best defensive driver in the world, and it won’t make a bit of a difference. There are way too many folks zipping in and out of traffic with reckless abandon.

One of the people commenting on the clip put it best when they said driving in Dallas is like playing Mario Kart. The difference being that playing Mario Kart won’t land you in the hospital or jail. Seriously, though, the drivers there are in too big a hurry for this old country boy.

After watching the video multiple times, I’m still not exactly sure who was at fault in the incident. The clip starts with the guy filming as he’s rapping along with the song playing in his car, when suddenly you hear tires screeching, followed by multiple thuds as the pileup unfolds.

The good news is that the accident didn’t appear to be as severe as it could have been since it looked like traffic was moving at a relatively slow pace. Sure, a few vehicles were damaged in the pileup, but hopefully everyone involved is okay.
