Pets add a lot of spice to a household. They’ve been shown to lower blood pressure, they always try to “help” out when you’re sick, and they’re fun to play belly rub games with. Many pets don’t have a home, however, and sometimes they end up at the Humane Society. That’s where you come in.

The Humane Society has an animal to suit any home. Whether you want an energetic puppy or a laid back kitty, you’ll likely find exactly what you’re looking for. Adopting from the Humane Society saves animals lives, so please consider them before shopping elsewhere for a pet.  There are a lot of great animals out there who would love to be snuggled up to you at night.

This weekend only, the Humane Society has lowered their adoption fees. It’s $60 for dogs and $47 for cats. Take advantage and adopt today!

May I present our pets of the week. If you’d like to see them in person or get more information on these pets or any other pets that the Humane Society has, check them out online here or call 940-855-4941. They’re located at 4360 Old Iowa Park Road in Wichita Falls.

Bella is a one-year-old Shepherd mix. She’s really laid back, has a sweet personality, and walks well on a leash. She’s current on shots, microchipped, and heartworm tested. She’s full of energy and ready to love you!

Jason is just a little guy and he’s sure to please any household. He’s still a kitten, is up-to-date on his shots, microchipped, and dewormed. He’s adorable and waiting for a home. He’s also on solid food.
