If you have ever been to Spudder Park in Wichita Falls and thought. 'That's a weird name for a park.' That's because it's named after the baseball team that used to play there. The Wichita Falls Spudders who existed from the 1920's to the late 1950's in Wichita Falls. The 1927 team is probably the best Spudders team all time.
