Wichita Falls Police Investigate Child Drowning
Monday afternoon at about 1:20 p.m., Wichita Falls Police were called to home in the 2500 block of Tinker Trail, just east of I-44, to the scene of a possible drowning.
When officers arrived, an adult female at the home had pulled a 17-month-old little boy from the pool and was performing CPR. EMS transported the child to United Regional where he was pronounced dead.
WFPD detectives are investigating. No further information about the victim has been released at this time.
