Wichita Falls Monster Burrito Going Viral, Could You Finish It?

Looks like an eight pound burrito is going viral in Wichita Falls and if you were unaware of this food challenge. I consider it the hardest in town.

Looks like someone posted a photo of the Gutierrez Family Restaurant 'Monster Burrito' in the Wichita Falls Rants and Raves page yesterday. Several people have tagged me in this thing and I have failed miserably at it before. If I'm being truthful with myself, I maybe ate 40% of this thing.

Essentially, the fine folks at Gutierrez have stuffed every ingredient on their menu into a burrito. Steak, chicken, hot links, bacon, peppers, onions, queso, beans, rice, and potatoes into their massive tortilla. That is what kills you on this challenge, the tortilla. It's so thick and will take up a lot of space in your stomach.

Current Record Holder for Monster Burrito Challenge in Wichita Falls

I know I said before I thought this challenge was impossible. Not true, it has been completed. The current record holder is Brandon 'Da Garbage Disposal' Clark. You have thirty minutes to finish this burrito. Brandon did it in thirteen minutes and twenty six seconds. I started following this guy after this video and he's not human.

First off the burrito will be free. It normally costs $30 plus tax. You get a t shirt and your picture taken for their wall. Gutierrez Family Restaurant is located at 513 North Martin Luther King Jr. Boulevard in Wichita Falls if you want to give it a try. I now stick with their flamin' hot cheetos burrito which is much smaller.
