Back in May, a man exposed himself while shopping at a Dollar General and he has been identified as a 38-year-old from Wichita Falls.

Today we travel several hours away from Wichita Falls to the town of Pecos, Texas. It is just west of Odessa and it looks like a Wichita Falls man was in town doing some shopping at the Dollar General on South Eddy Street. Back on May 2nd of this year, the Pecos Police Department received a call that a man was shopping in the store with his genitals exposed over his sweatpants.

According to the employee at the Dollar General, they were simply in shock when the man came to the checkout counter to purchase the items they picked up. The employee says the man did not say anything and neither did they. They wanted him out of the store and just scanned the items. He paid for everything and left the store...with his genitals still out of his sweatpants.

Police reviewed security camera footage from the Dollar General and some other nearby businesses. They got the suspect entering a black GMC Sierra pickup truck. After the incident, police shared photos of the suspect and the pickup truck. On May 20th, the truck was spotted at a restaurant in Pecos. Police showed up to question the suspect about the Dollar General incident.

News Report on Wichita Falls Man Exposing Himself in Pecos, Texas

According to News West 9, the suspect was identified as 38-year-old Brian Ramos of Wichita Falls. Police showed Ramos security footage of the incident. Ramos admitted that it was him in the footage but denied having any knowledge of the incident and declined to speak further on the matter.  The Dollar General has issued a warning for criminal trespassing and the employee at the store intends to press charges as well.

Reeves County Now Asking the Public for Help

After Ramos was arrested this week, authorities are asking the public for any other incidents involving him. Police believe this was not an isolated incident. Anyone who has any other information is encouraged to call 432-448-1530 or email at constablepct3@reevescounty.org.
