
Why You’re Fat
Us people with a little extra weight can now blame it on a new culprit-we're sleep deprived. This is according to Columbia University. Read more after the jump.
Check out the results of their test:
•Participants consumed an average of 296 calories more when they were sleep-deprived compared with when they were well-rested.
Great news huh! At this point we can now explain away our bellies and/or get a little extra sleep. I'm totally down with all of this. Now I'm going to go have a Little Debbie Oatmeal Cream Pie!
