With the 90th Academy Awards this weekend, all eyes are on 'The Shape of Water' with the most nominations at 13. However, its a crime that the movie wasn't nominated for Best Makeup or Best Actor for Doug Jones' performance as the Amphibian Man. But who is Doug Jones?
