Watch Sulfuric Acid Melt a Sock With Ease

There’s something oddly satisfying about watching stuff melt in acid.

I would personally never do it because I’m terrified of the stuff but thanks to LET’S MELT THIS, we can all witness the destructive power of sulfuric acid behind the safety of our computers.

After watching that sock melt into a pile of goo, I’m convinced I made the right decision and took biology instead of chemistry in high school. I can so see my sixteen-year-old self having a clumsy moment that resulted in acidic destruction.
