UPDATE: Big Blue Thief In Custody

Just before 11 am this morning, a man who was reportedly trying to exchange coins for paper money grabbed an unknown amount of cash from behind the teller counter at the American National Bank branch inside “Big Blue”.  Police have arrested 21 year-old Zelvin Holmes at home in the 4600 block of Eden Hills Lane at around 2:45 this afternoon.  As of 4:30 pm, he was being booked into the Wichita County Jail on a charge of theft over $500.
