The Blue Angels have been stunning spectators with their death-defying stunts since 1946 and while millions watch the show from the ground, not many have the chance to see the show from the cockpit. Until now.

One of the Blue Angels' pilots decided to take a camera with him and filmed the "diamond 360 maneuver" during one of their airshows.

Now for those of you who don't know, the "diamond 360 maneuver" is when the Angels fly in formation with just 18 inches between the planes.

From the ground, the planes look like they're pretty close together. It's not until you check out this video that you'll realize just how close 18 inches really is.
