The newest steak to hit the market with some imported seafood from the new gulf has a lot of Texas talking this morning.

If you haven't been keeping up with the latest strange news in Texas. Our Lieutenant Governor, Dan Patrick, back at the end of February urged Texas restaurants to change the name of a cut of steak on their menus. In his post on X, he claimed that 'Liberal New York shouldn’t get the credit for our hard-working ranchers. We promote the Texas brand on everything made or grown in Texas because it benefits our economy and jobs.'

Asking Texas restaurants to reprint their menus changing the New York Strip to a Texas Strip, maybe a cost those restaurants do not want to do right now. Well it looks like a Dallas based steakhouse has become the first in the state to offer a Texas Strip and they even somehow took it a step further.

Bob's Steak and Chophouse, with fifteen locations across the state of Texas, has become the first to officially add the Texas Strip to their menu. You also get two shrimp from the newly named Gulf of America.

It was back in February that President Trump officially changed the name of The Gulf of Mexico to The Gulf of America. February 9th is Gulf of America day in case you did not know and the President made this an official day after flying over The Gulf of America to make it official.

As far as I can tell Bob's Steak and Chop House is the only restaurant in America offering a Texas Strip with shrimp from The Gulf of America. I have a feeling Bob's is going to be packed with conservatives the next few weeks who want to support their actions.
