With the temperatures around triple digits the next few months. Texans will be finding all sorts of ways to cool off. Nothing like picking up some ice cream on the way home, right? Apparently this is where everyone is going.

As someone with a sweet tooth, I always have room for ice cream, cake, or a cookie. Hell combine all three and I will make room for it. Looks like our friends at Yay! Coloring Pages have determined the most popular fast food dessert for each and every state. Spoiler, a lot of ice cream is on the list. However, a few non ice cream favorites won in a few states.

We always hear that Texas is Dairy Queen country and with the Blizzard being Dairy Queen's signature dessert, I would have considered that a lock for Texas. Turns out the Big M is at the top and in fact was the number one dessert choice in winning six total states as well.

Some other surprises on the list to me. Our neighbors to the North in Oklahoma. You always hear how much they love Braums. Apparently, the Arby's Jamocha Shake is their personal favorite. I have never even heard of that, but Oklahomans love them. Also, that was the second most popular winning five total states including Oklahoma.
