Rivers of Nihil Release Video for ‘Birth of the Omnisavior’

Sometimes all it takes is five dudes in a room playing some rippin' death metal.

Look - I'll be the first sumbitch to admit that performance clips can be a little mundane. In fact, I prefer it when bands go the extra mile and release a mini-movie or some other sort of artistic vision for their videos.

But we're talking about an up-and-coming death metal band who probably has very limited resources. Not to mention the fact that Rivers of Nihil are one of my favorite young death metal bands and one whose members possess an extraordinary amount of musical ability, which is on display in the video. So watch the guys set the bar high and then get to practicing your instrument.
