You never know what you will expect to hear on a 911 call in Oklahoma. One department got several calls that a man was punching a deer in the head on the side of the road.

Ponca City, Oklahoma is just Northwest of Tulsa and it looks like they have some very interesting characters in that town. Police were alerted that a man was on Lake Road in Ponca City punching a deer in the head. When police arrived, the man was STILL punching this deer in the head. He was also punching passing cars.

Johnny Seal Arrested for Animal Cruelty

Police questioned the man, who initially gave them a false name, about why he was punching the deer? He told the officers he was putting the deer out of its misery. According to Mr. Seal the deer had been hit by car and he decided punching it to death was the best solution to the problem. The reason Mr. Seal was punching passing cars is because they would not give him a ride.

Deer Puncher Racks Up More Charges During Arrest

If the deer assault was not enough. Mr. Seal was also arrested for public intoxication and providing police with false information. On his way to the Kay County Detention Center, he attempted to kick the windows out of the patrol car. He also got into a fight with officers upon his arrival. He now adds additional charges of assault and battery on a police officer, and placing bodily fluids on a law enforcement officer.
