Egg-tastrophe on Oklahoma Turnpike Yesterday

With the colder weather the past few days, roads are slick in certain places. Sadly, a VERY expensive wreck took place on the Will Rogers Turnpike yesterday when a semi hauling eggs lost control and crashed. Thankfully no one was killed in the wreck and only minor injuries have been reported. However, everyone's hearts broke that drove by seeing all those cracked eggs on the side of the highway.

More Craziness on Oklahoma Highway Yesterday

If an egg truck crashing wasn't enough. Another semi, cut in front of a Oklahoma plow that was de-icing the roads yesterday. The semi's load gets scrapped up from the plow and for a few seconds, the plow gets run into the median of the highway. Let these accidents to be a reminder to SLOW DOWN when it's cold like this.

Stay safe and stay warm out there the next few days. We will be below freezing until Saturday and then early next week we will be in the 70's.
