It was exactly two months ago today that we reported that Urban Air was closing their Wichita Falls location. Looks like the trampoline park has new life.

The biggest complaint I always here from people in Wichita Falls is that we don't have enough places that are meant for kids. We lost a lot recently The Deep End, Tilt Arcade, and most recently Urban Air Trampoline Park. Back in April, Urban Air sent an email to their members who have monthly or annual subscriptions that the Wichita Falls location would be closing. Looks like the trampoline park is returning under a new name.

Nitro Adventure Park Coming to Wichita Falls

The same Urban Air location will now be under a new name called Nitro Action Adventure Park at 2505 Kemp Boulevard. The ownership says if you enjoyed the old Urban Air, many of the same attractions are going to stay at this new place. However, 25% of the play area will be brand new.

The park's Facebook page says they will feature Slides, Ninja, Zip-Lines, Ball Pits, and Super Trampolines. For those interested in more information, looks like they will have an email list you can sign up for on their website and they say they will be updating their Facebook page with the updates they're doing along the way.

When Will Nitro Adventure Park Open in Wichita Falls?

The goal is to have the park open by January of this coming year. However, one of their posts says if not sooner. We will have to wait and see when an official opening date is announced. However, it's nice to see a place for kids to go play in Wichita Falls getting new life.
