So, yeah – I can wax nostalgic about old school diners all day long. That’s why I was stoked to come across loveFOOD’s list of the most charming roadside diners in every state. Where to Find Phoebe’s Diner in Austin
Phoebe’s Diner has three locations in Austin: Phoebe’s Oltorf Street, Phoebe’s Downtown, and Phoebe’s Gracy Farms. Each location serves breakfast, brunch, and lunch Monday through Sunday from 11:00 am to 3:00 pm.
While many people love the 50s vibe of Phoebe’s, the menu is anything but retro. Sure, they serve diner staples like bacon and eggs and pancakes, but it’s clear the folks behind Phoebe’s prefer to think outside of the box. It’s definitely a place adventurous eaters will want to try.
