A League City resident just scored a massive jackpot with a Texas Lottery scratch-off. In fact, it’s the largest scratch ticket jackpot I’ve written about since I started covering the lottery here in about a year or so. 

Our latest multi-million-dollar winner hit it big in the Loteria Supreme scratch ticket game, according to a press release. The anonymous winner took home the $7.5 million jackpot with a ticket he bought at TL Mini Express, located at 3100 Tuscan Lakes Blvd., in League City.

The winner said he decided to buy some scratch-offs while stopping at the convenience store for a drink and found himself on a winning streak. He then decided to buy a few more tickets, and that’s when he scored the big one, which, as you would imagine, was a huge shock to the system: 

After scratching it, I realized I’d won the top prize – then my hands started shaking, and I tried not to have a heart attack!
