If you have ever driven through the Dallas/Fort Worth greater metropolitan area, you know that you will at some point see something driving on the road that you have never seen before. The Cybertruck featured in the video below is turning more heads than usual. Wrapped in the unmistakable green and white design of a Dubai Police, this futuristic Tesla caused more than a few double-takes.

While the real Dubai Police fleet is known for its collection of high-end luxury vehicles including Lamborghinis, Bugattis, and Aston Martins, Dallas doesn’t exactly have the same reputation. Yet, that didn’t stop one local car owner from recreating the aesthetic, bringing a touch of Gulf opulence to North Texas traffic.

Texas law prohibits civilians from impersonating law enforcement, but this particular wrap doesn’t appear to include official insignia, suggesting the owner is walking a fine legal line. Whether it’s a statement, a joke, or simply a personal passion project, the vehicle has certainly achieved one thing: getting noticed.

Dallas Cybertruck owner mimics Dubai police design

I don't know if we should be praising the creativity or questioning the practicality of driving around in what looks like a police vehicle from a country thousands of miles away. One thing is for sure. If the goal was to turn an already polarizing vehicle into an even bigger spectacle, mission accomplished.
